I tried to make a cinnamon rolls/chelsea buns hybrid with no glazing, because my kids don’t need any new excuses to get sticky fingers! Still working on the recipe. I want them to be very soft and not too ‘bready’ but still able to hold the filling, while not having too many ingredients and keeping it vegan. Blog/YouTube update. I had to stop working on those (I never even launched YouTube!) because I’m a working mum and my husband was working in a different city. I most definitely did not have the time to blog and edit videos. Spent Sunday afternoon foraging down the Devon coast. Got rock samphire, some greens and blackberries! Most are still very green, but we managed to grab a handful (or two). We also saw loads of seaweed and periwinkles, but didn’t want to take any as we already had quite a bit of food at home.
